Voices in the River:  Season Three

Chioke L'Anson is a philosopher and educator who has been an incredible supporter of our show. He is the curator of a craft-focused audio festival, Resonate, that was held in Richmond, Virginia this year.

Theo Balcomb, Sara McCrea and I were invited to offer and record mini readings for interested participants as a portal to conversations and understanding. We gathered in the podcast studio at the Resonate afterparty, and Season Three took form among the live recordings of our conversations on that November 8th evening, with no scripting and very little editing.

So things will be a little different this season. We’ll publish weekly on Sunday mornings. The episodes will be shorter – mini moments of connection and magick added to the River. The messages are for individuals and we hope they will also resonate with the collective.
